Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales leads through market research, networking, and prospecting.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships across American and Vietnamese-speaking markets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing strategies tailored to specific language markets.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, ensuring effective communication.

• Utilize PBX systems to enhance customer communication and support.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the American and Vietnamese-speaking regions to identify opportunities for growth.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven track record in sales and marketing roles, with more than 2 years of experience.

• Proficiency in American and Vietnamese is essential.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in these languages.

• Experience with PBX systems is an advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Location and Hours/Schedule:

• Remote work setup

• Must be available to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (Mondays to Fridays)

• Comfortable with using a time tracking application
