Talent Researcher

Sunbytes is seeking a full-time Talent Researcher with at least 2 years of experience in the IT field for our Ho Chi Minh City office. This full-time position is intended to strengthen our organization by identifying and recruiting top talent. As part of an international team, you will work in a diverse and dynamic environment alongside colleagues from all over the world.

As a Talent Researcher, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting highly skilled technical professionals to join our organization. You will work closely with Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to build a strong talent pipeline and contribute to our companys growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing:

• Utilize various sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., online job boards, social media, professional networks, Boolean search) to identify potential candidates.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to target passive candidates.
• Continuously build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Engagement:

• Initiate contact with potential candidates and build rapport.
• Clearly communicate job opportunities, company culture, and benefits to candidates.
• Screen candidates to assess their qualifications, interest, and availability.

• Pipeline Management:

• Maintain a well-organized candidate pipeline and update candidate profiles in the applicant tracking system (ATS): Zoho recruit
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and priorities.

• Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent market dynamics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to inform recruitment strategies.

• Collaboration:

• Partner with recruiters to understand the hiring needs and priorities of different teams.
• Attend regular meetings with hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with their requirements.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, etc.) or equivalent work experience. Proven experience as a technical sourcer or similar role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases. Good English verbal and written communication (required). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
