You will be responsible for:
- Learning about the team and the individuals, see where we need to improve and what good practices could be implemented across the company
- Helping individuals grow in their hard and soft skills
- Championing a company’s efforts to train and coach developers, project managers, and testers to improve their technical and non-technical skills
- Designing and implementing programs for team development
- Working closely with an organization’s leaders and People and Culture department to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
The right person for this role:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as a manager/lead/mentor
- (A plus!) Has experience as a developer
- Has proven people leadership skills
- Has strong leadership skills and demonstrable experience leading and managing project teams
- Works well under pressure
- Likes brainstorming with other leaders in the company
- Is business- and tech-savvy
- Likes helping team members succeed in their careers
- Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
- Has a personal working computer
