About Vremote’s client:

Our client is a company specializing in Australian migration and settlement services,  located in Melbourne, catering to Vietnamese clients. They are currently seeking a Senior Admission Counselor to join their team in HCM City.

What you do: 

• Consulting for clients intending to study abroad or immigrate overseas.
• Directly process Visa application files for the clients.
• Follow the procedure for preparing visa application files, coordinating with supporting departments to ensure the best results for the applications.
• Provide guidance to parents and students on the knowledge and skills necessary for the visa application process, as well as advising on the essential skills needed for studying abroad/ immigrating. 
• Proactively handle any issues that arise regarding signed service contracts.
• Develop operational procedures for the office and departments, coordinate with the Australian headquarters.
• Assist the CEO in managing, and developing the company’s  Ho Chi Minh City office.
• Manage, operate, and train personnel in Vietnam.
• Support the establishment and implementation of activities in Vietnam, including business development, marketing, and customer services.
• Prepare reports and necessary presentation documents.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

Who we’re looking for:

• Secure customer and business information.
• Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing/ Economics/ Accounting/ Finance.
• 3-5 years of experience in the field of study abroad, visa consultancy, immigration, with a preference for candidates experienced in the Australian market.
• Have a deep understanding about visa process in Australia.
• Preference given to candidates with 1 year of leader/manager experience
• Bold, proactive, and decisive.
• Strong management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good English communication skills (all 4 skills).
