About the Position
The Sales and New Business Development Associate role is salaried + commission. You must have a strong book of business, previous experience closing Entertainment Channel leads, and the ability to meet sales quotas.
You Should Apply If
- You’re an experienced sales professional with 5+ years of experience in the content management + DRM industry, with a network in entertainment content markets.
- You can develop long-term growth plus produce short-term results.
- You have a strong track record and have the know-how to close deals.
- You have proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with creators and influencers.
- You have proven experience in talent scouting: Regularly scan the YouTube/social media ecosystem to identify emerging and established creators/influencers who are doing innovative, compelling, and inspiring work.
- You are resourceful, proactive and a problem-solver.
- You enjoy working remotely, are self-motivated, stick to deadlines and appreciate working with multicultural teams.You know competitors, and you’re up to date on the latest trends, data, and information about the entertainment industry.
What You’ll Do in This Role
- You will acquire new customers to drive Bquate’s B2B Entertainment business on a timeline.
- You will establish best practices and processes for account prospecting and opportunity qualification.
- You will achieve and even exceed monthly and quarterly goals in your markets.
- You will develop proposed sales strategies and processes to support your growth initiatives.
- You will report your progress and close deals.
- Ask for support and share obstacles so Bquate can address blockers with you.
