Position Overview: Intel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and drive our retail sales operations in Vietnam. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize Intel's presence and sales in the retail market. You will collaborate closely with our retail partners, manage a team of sales professionals, and work cross-functionally to achieve revenue and market share targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a holistic retail sales strategy for Vietnam, in close alignment with Intel's overarching business objectives. Lead and inspire a high-achieving retail team, providing comprehensive coaching, guidance, and unwavering support to empower them for success. Establish, monitor, and fine-tune key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the retail team's effectiveness, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Foster and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including PC OEMs, top retailers, and distributors, engaging with C-level executives to drive Intel's strategic initiatives across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). Keep a vigilant eye on the country's macroeconomic landscape, market trends, evolving consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Leverage these insights to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate threats, adapting sales strategies accordingly. Proactively manage sales forecasts and develop agile solutions to navigate market fluctuations. Ensure Intel's product portfolio is showcased prominently and effectively within retail stores. Emphasize brand differentiation through compelling visual merchandising and robust brand representation. Implement comprehensive training programs for the retail team and key stakeholders, including retailers' and OEMs' C-level executives and decision-makers. Foster an Intel customer-obsessed spirit, enhancing product knowledge and reinforcing Intel's value proposition. Efficiently manage the retail sales budget, allocating resources judiciously to attain sales targets while optimizing return on investment. Collaborate seamlessly with various departments, including Marketing, Business Units (BUs), Public Relations (PR), and Regional teams. Ensure synchronized, results-driven solutions with impeccable execution.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of at least 5 years in retail sales management, preferably in the technology industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills with a history of managing and motivating high-performing teams. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of the Vietnam retail market, including key players and trends. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions. Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required. Willingness to travel as needed within Vietnam.

Working Model

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
