Project Manager (B2B, Enterprise,...)

Here’s what you will do day-to-day

• Manage a portfolio of projects from start to finish including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management, and deliverables
• Coordinate internal team and third parties/vendors/merchants’ team to develop project plans and facilitate the flawless execution of projects.
• Follow up & track projects progress, ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Tracking resource availability and allocation, develop resource usage plan
• Measure project performance, deliver status reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Identify, manage and mitigate risk throughout the project and keep stakeholders aware of the risks.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and Stakeholders.

Here's who we are looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end project execution as Project Manager/ Project Coordinator role, preferably in B2B, HRM system.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
• You are a detail-oriented and goal-driven person
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
• Hands-on experience with project management tools
