Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Export Manager to join our team. The Export Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our export customers, focusing on global supermarkets across multiple regions. The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth, increase profitability, and enhance customer service levels, thereby strengthening our position in international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential export customers, specifically global supermarkets in the EU, UK, North America, and Australia.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned export customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Understand customer needs and requirements, proactively identify opportunities to add value, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific demands.
4. Collaborate with internal departments (such as production, logistics, quality control, R&D, QA, QC, HR) to ensure timely order fulfillment, resolve any issues, and exceed customer expectations.
5. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market demands.
6. Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our customer base, penetrate new markets, and increase market share.
7. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with customers, ensuring profitable sales while maintaining competitive pricing.
8. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the management team, highlighting performance, key metrics, and areas for improvement.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, promotions, and product positioning strategies for export customers.
10. Stay up-to-date with relevant export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade policies to ensure compliance and smooth export operations.
11. Travel to customer locations and industry trade shows, as required, to build relationships, explore opportunities, and represent the company at international events.
