Client Service Specialist (100% Remote, Contractor)

Pacston & Partners is seeking junior to mid-level experienced client service specialists to remotely co-work with our teams based in multiple Asia countries.

The main responsiblilities of the role include:

• Replying client's inquiry emails
• Proofreading client's application materials, ensuring their completeness and correctness
• Filing client's applications in the system and organizing the files, listing priorities
• Providing individual advice and guidance to suit each client's situation
• Assisting in contract-signing and filing
• Assisting other administrative and documentation tasks as requested by supervisors

Qualifications & requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's degree (or above)
• Excellent English writing and reading skills (TOEIC 800 or above/equivalent)
• Strong attention to details
• Strong time management skills
• Strong computer literacy, familiar with MS Office Suite
• Strong client service professionalism
• Remote working/studying experience (preferred)
• Clerical office work experience (preferred)

This is a contract-based role. You'll work with our teams in other Asia-Pacific locations and North American locations. You'll have to work with your own device (computer).

The work and communication will be carried out in 100% English. Strong English reading and writing literacy is required.
