Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative team. As a Business Development Manager at our client company, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business, focusing on providing a full suite of human resources and tech solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate with the board of directors to create and execute market development plans.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

   - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and market penetration.

   - Collaborate with the board of directors to define long-term business goals and objectives.

2. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

   - Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to position our Staffing and tech solutions effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management:

   - Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

   - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

4. New Market Development:

   - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities for expansion.

   - Work closely with the board of directors to create and execute market entry plans.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

   - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment with business development goals.

   - Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on client needs and market trends.

6. Performance Monitoring:

   - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track and report on business development metrics.

   - Analyze performance data to iterate and improve strategies for optimal results.

Qualifications:

1. Education and Experience:

   - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

   - Proven experience in business development, preferably in Staffing and tech solutions.

2. Business Acumen:

   - Strong understanding of staffing, BPO and tech industry trends and best practices.

   - Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.

3. Strategic Vision:

   - Demonstrated ability to work with the board of directors to develop and execute long-term business plans.

4. Communication Skills:

   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

   - Ability to present complex ideas and proposals to internal and external stakeholders.

5. Team Player:

   - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

   - Leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.

6. Adaptability:

   - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

   - Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and market exploration.

Suggested compensation package 

$100,000 to $120,000 + Super + Commission
